VIEW HealthBit CXXX: AG Overnight Oats

(N.B. Organic, non-GMO, gluten free/dairy free ingredients recommended)

Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk
2 tbsp plain yogurt
½ banana (or other fruit)
¼ cup crushed walnuts (or other nut)
½ tsp maple syrup or raw honey
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a container with an  airtight lid
  2. Seal and place in refrigerator overnight (or for at least 5 hours)
  3. Open and enjoy for breakfast or a snack

N.B. This recipe makes a single serving
