  1. Take the stairs
  2. Always keep sneakers and socks in your trunk
  3. Wear a Fitbit or other step counter
  4. Find a workout buddy- schedule times to exercise with someone, or the very least link up your wearables to virtually track each other
  5. Do 10 push-ups and a 20-second plank everyday (modifications welcome)
  6. Shoot for 20-min of daily exercise rather than committing to an hour a few times/week
  7. Challenge your balance (and your core)- stand on one foot when you brush your teeth in the am and the other in the pm
  8. Always choose the furthest parking spot and walk

  10. Do a 20 second wall squat every time you reach for a snack
