- Take the stairs
- Always keep sneakers and socks in your trunk
- Wear a Fitbit or other step counter
- Find a workout buddy- schedule times to exercise with someone, or the very least link up your wearables to virtually track each other
- Do 10 push-ups and a 20-second plank everyday (modifications welcome)
- Shoot for 20-min of daily exercise rather than committing to an hour a few times/week
- Challenge your balance (and your core)- stand on one foot when you brush your teeth in the am and the other in the pm
- Always choose the furthest parking spot and walk
