- Wake up ½ hour early
- Park in the furthest parking spot
- Take the stairs not the elevator
- Make an many trips as possible to carry groceries, laundry, etc.
- Wear a Fitbit or other step tracker wherever you go
- Do push-ups and sit-ups during commercials (or pause the show every 10 minutes to do a round of 10 and 10)
- Set reminders to move
- Turn on music and dance
- Find a challenge group and join it (or create one)
- Make it a priority.
