Ingredients

(makes one dozen)

  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • ½ cup gluten free flour (preferably nut based)
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup almond or sunflower seed butter
  • ⅓ cup coconut sugar
  • ⅓ cup organic virgin coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup semisweet mini chips
  • 2 tbsps maca powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Line brownie pan (9×9 or 8×8 pan) with parchment paper for easy clean-up
  2. Combine ingredients in a bowl
  3. With hands, roll dough into balls about 1 inch in diameter (dough will be sticky)
  4. Place balls in pan
  5. Put pan in freezer at least 2 hours
  6. Remove pan from freezer and place balls in airtight container
  7. Return container to freezer (best enjoyed directly from freezer
