Before we get started on our group challenge, let’s look at the definition of “challenge” according to google:

Given the above definitions, I challenge each of you to use these next Fitbit challenges to elevate your level of fitness and embrace a healthy lifestyle. Over the next three months we will having fun and getting fit with some new and exciting challenges. There will be an individual one, a group one and whatever else we can brainstorm. We will look at tracking it as I have in the past vs. being part of one of the challenges Fitbit offers, in which you can see each others progress at any given time and do things like hike through Yosemite together.
