Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk
2 tbsp plain yogurt
½ banana (or other fruit)
¼ cup crushed walnuts (or other nut)
½ tsp maple syrup or raw honey
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a container with an airtight lid
- Seal and place in refrigerator overnight (or for at least 5 hours)
- Open and enjoy for breakfast or a snack
