VIEW HealthBit CXXIV: AG Easy Maple Walnut Breakfast Squares

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Ingredients
2 cage free eggs
2 cups gluten free quick oats
1 cup almond meal
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup crushed walnuts
1 tsp baking soda

Directions

  1. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl
  2. Pour in maple syrup
  3. Add in all dry ingredients and mix well
  4. Press into an 8” x 8” or 9” x 9” brownie pan
  5. Bake for 20 minutes
  6. Let sit for five minutes before cutting into squares
  7. Enjoy
