Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Ingredients
2 cage free eggs
2 cups gluten free quick oats
1 cup almond meal
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup crushed walnuts
1 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Beat eggs in a mixing bowl
- Pour in maple syrup
- Add in all dry ingredients and mix well
- Press into an 8” x 8” or 9” x 9” brownie pan
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Let sit for five minutes before cutting into squares
