Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Ingredients

2 cage free egg whites

3 cups whole walnuts

½ cup coconut sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. With a fork, beat egg whites in a mixing bowl
  2. Stir in coconut sugar and cinnamon
  3. Fold in nuts
  4. Spread in a single layer on a large baking sheet and bake for 25min, stirring once halfway through
  5. Let cool for 15min before enjoying
