10 Steps to help Accomplish your Goals:
- Write down your goal
- Give yourself a goal date and time (be specific)
- Create small, measurable steps to get you there
- Reward yourself as steps are accomplished
- Revisit the action steps and modify as needed
- Enlist support
- Visualize
- Act as if the goal is already accomplished
- FEEL as if the goal is already accomplished
- Celebrate BIG when you finally accomplish the goal
