The key is to make a plan, stick to it and hold strong to the vision of your ultimate goal.

  2. Give yourself a goal date and time (be specific)
  3. Create small, measurable steps to get you there
  4. Reward yourself as steps are accomplished
  5. Revisit the action steps and modify as needed
  6. Enlist support
  7. Visualize
  8. Act as if the goal is already accomplished
  9. FEEL as if the goal is already accomplished
  10. Celebrate BIG when you finally accomplish the goal
