VIEW HealthBit XCVI: AG Three-Ingredient Energy Balls

Ingredients

1 cup ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal

½ cup sunflower seed butter

3 ripe bananas

Directions

  1. Line brownie pan (9×9 or 8×8 pan) with parchment paper for easy clean-up
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl
  3. Add flaxseed meal and sunbutter
  4. Mix well (dough will be sticky)
  5. Roll dough into balls about 2 inches in diameter (makes 9)
  6. Place energy balls in pan
  7. Put pan in freezer for at least 1hour
  8. Remove pan from freezer and place energy balls in airtight container
  9. Keep energy ball container in freezer when not being consumed
