Ingredients
1 cup ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal
½ cup sunflower seed butter
3 ripe bananas
Directions
- Line brownie pan (9×9 or 8×8 pan) with parchment paper for easy clean-up
- Mash bananas in a bowl
- Add flaxseed meal and sunbutter
- Mix well (dough will be sticky)
- Roll dough into balls about 2 inches in diameter (makes 9)
- Place energy balls in pan
- Put pan in freezer for at least 1hour
- Remove pan from freezer and place energy balls in airtight container
- Keep energy ball container in freezer when not being consumed
