Preheat oven to 350
Ingredients
4 large cage free eggs (whites only)
1 lb free range organic chopped meat
1 lb free range organic chopped poultry (chicken or turkey)
1 cup GF bread crumbs (Aleia’s Italian highly recommended)
Directions
- Lightly coat 12” x 17” cookie sheet with olive oil spray
- In a large bowl, lightly beat egg whites
- Add chopped meat, chopped poultry and bread crumbs
- With thoroughly cleaned hands, start incorporating all ingredients together
- When fully mixed, begin forming mixture into balls about 2in in diameter
- Place meatballs on cookie sheet (should make 15)
- Bake for 25 minutes, stopping halfway to turn them over
