Cilantro is one of my favorite summer herbs. I learned early on that you either love cilantro or loathe it, so if you are in the latter category, my apologies.

The below Detoxifying Cilantro Guacamole recipe is quite simple and so delicious. The best part is- you really can’t overdue the cilantro. The more the merrier in this one!
Ingredients:
4 ripe avocados
1 medium-large lime (or 2 small)
⅓ cup chopped cilantro
Himalayan crystal salt
Black Pepper
Directions:
- Scoop “meat” of the avocado into a large bowl and smash with a fork
- Slice lime(s) in half and squeeze onto avocado smash
- Mix chopped cilantro into avocado/lime smash
- Add Himalayan crystal salt and black pepper to taste
- Combine well Can be served with veggie slices and/or organic, non-gmo tortilla chips
