Ingredients
(makes one dozen)
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- ½ cup gluten free flour (preferably nut based)
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup almond or sunflower seed butter
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar
- ⅓ cup organic virgin coconut oil
- ⅓ cup semisweet mini chips
- 2 tbsps maca powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
- Line brownie pan (9×9 or 8×8 pan) with parchment paper for easy clean-up
- Combine ingredients in a bowl
- With hands, roll dough into balls about 1 inch in diameter (dough will be sticky)
- Place balls in pan
- Put pan in freezer at least 2 hours
- Remove pan from freezer and place balls in airtight container
- Return container to freezer (best enjoyed directly from freezer
